Camera not taking or sending pics

I have 2 cams not taking or sending pics. I have credits on my account.

Drew, you have an SD card issue. I'm not sure what size card you are using but you want it to be 32gb or smaller, class 10, 80mbs or faster and a full sized card (not a micro in an adapter). Make sure you format the card in the camera too. On the bottom of your status report it's showing 0 used and 62.5mb free so something isn't right there.
