    Your camera either contacted the server when you turned it on or tried to send a picture at 11:52. If it tried to send a picture and you didn’t get it, the problem is probably the SD card. Try formatted it.

    Ok. Are you supposed To format the sd card periodically? It has been working up until now for several months?

    Tried to format no luck. Changed the address card also no luck camera doesn’t seem to be responding to anything same time stamp as yesterday.

    Is the camera on your Verizon account or on a Spartan data plan? If on your Verizon account, have you checked with Verizon to be sure everything is okay on their end? 

    If you have the camera in hand, is it going on the network (showing bars)? What happens when you try the Hello test? (Camera in setup, on the network, press the Menu button, scroll to the tab on the far right, down to Diagnostic, Hello test)

    Spartan plan. It’s shows signal bars. I’ll try the hello test.
