Camera not sending status updates or pics.
Camera came with as card in a package when purchased. Working on picture.

Is the camera on your Verizon account or on a Spartan data plan? If on your Verizon account, have you checked with Verizon to be sure everything is okay on their end?
If you have the camera in hand, is it going on the network (showing bars)? What happens when you try the Hello test? (Camera in setup, on the network, press the Menu button, scroll to the tab on the far right, down to Diagnostic, Hello test)
