    The thumbnail should be on the portal. On the portal (my.spartancamera.com), you can get both the thumbnail and the HD photo. 

    I’m not sure if the HD photo request is persistent on the portal, but check to see if you can request it again. It could be an SD card issue or it could be a transmission problem.

    I couldn’t find a way to request the HD copy again, I guess I’ll just have to pull the card next time I’m at the camera. The low res pic showed the full pic on the portal as well as the app so I didn’t think it would be an SD card issue but I could be wrong. It looks as though the download started at the top & just didn’t complete the entire pic.

    It’s still possible it’s an SD card issue. When a card is so messed up that the camera can’t save the picture to it, the camera sometimes can send the thumbnail without a problem but can’t send the HD photo. Maybe try requesting another HD photo or two and see what happens.

    I’ve requested several HD pics from this cam in the past couple weeks & did another today to be sure & havnt had any issues other than this one. The SD card was new when installed in the cam about 1 month ago.

    SD cards cause all kinds of problems. New, old, “to spec”, “not to spec”. But maybe it was just a transmission error for that particular photo.

    On the portal if you click on the HiRes tab above the thumbnail picture is that OK or is that messed up too?
