PUT IN NEW BATTERIES, AND A NEW SD CARD AND CAMERA HAS NOT SENT A PHOTO OR RESPONDED SINCE. TRIED TO FORMAT SD CARD VIA THE PORTAL AND HAS NOT COMPLETED.(TIMED OUT 3 TIMES NOW)

  Did you format the SD card in the camera? Did you take/send a manual photo? 

  What are the specs on the new SD card that you installed? Name brand, class 10, standard size (not microSD/adapter), 80 MB/s or a little faster?

  If the camera is not contacting the server, it won’t get the command to format the SD card. If the camera is contacting the server but the SD card is preventing it from sending pics, it may not format the SD card until the midnight status report. Any requests you make don’t happen until after the next time the camera contacts the server.

  (Also, unless you have a vision problem that requires that you use all caps, please use mixed upper and lower case. It’s more readable and all caps is considered shouting when used in online communication.)

  Are you getting a timed out message? If so where are you seeing that?

  That sounds like an SD card issue to me. Do you have the specs or a link to the SD card that you're using?
