Camera has quit taking and sending pictures

My camera has quit taking and sending pictures. The batteries are showing good. The signal is good. There seems to be no way to refresh the camera. Yesterday I took it out and opened it up. I turned it off then took a picture in the setup mode, then turned it back on and it took 2 or 3 pictures and that was the last ones it it took. I walked around in front of it waving and moving this afternoon and it never took a single picture. I am just not at all happy with the performance of my camera.

Also it seems there is no way to take a live picture or video.

I can do all this with my security cameras. They are less money and take better pictures and have 2 way communication.

  Gary, what is the camera model? You said it took 2 or 3 pictures after you turned it off and back on, did it send those to the app or just save them to the SD card? Have you tried defaulting the camera in it's menu and formatting the SD card in the camera? How long was the camera working previously before it stopped?

  Did you check the SD card to see whether the camera took pics but didn’t send them or whether it didn’t take pics at all? SD card is the most common culprit.

  I’m have the same issue the last picture the camera took was in January. The battery and signal are both strong. Can I reset the camera from a different state?

  What is the time and date of your last status report? What is the camera model and what is the battery voltage showing? What type of batteries are you using?
