GOLIVE feature is not available

I have a Spartan golive model GL-VLTEb and when I click go live from the mobile app it says the golive feature is un available.  In my settings it is activated.

    Hey John thank your for responding!  It started working, I think I may have jumped the gun and needed to just let it run for a bit instead of being so excited.

    Glad it's working, sometimes it does take a little time, I have to request it a few times sometimes if the signal is poor.

    What does it mean when the button is greyed out? Mine has been grey every since I fired it up a couple days ago and it tells me it is not available when I click on it.

    It will be green when the live feature is active. If it never has been make sure it's turned on in the camera settings in the app. Also make sure your app is up to date and you can also try logging out of the app and back in.

    App is up to date, firmware is up to date, Live stream is turned on and is registered, camera is registered, logged out and back in, button is still grey.

    Hit the drop down menu for the camera where the settings are, there should be an option for take a picture now, hit that and see if it sends you a picture with an S on the bottom of it. What's the signal strength showing for the camera? Does anyone else have admin access to the camera? Do you have an apple or android phone?

    I deleted the app and reinstalled it, once I signed in it started working.

    Rick. Same here. I delete the app and reinstalled and it fixed the problem of no live stream.
