Are you getting your data through Spartan or the carrier directly? How's the battery on the cameras?

Does camera management show the command as pending or compete?

my data plan is through verizon directly.  Full battery- all new lithiums were placed in April.  On one camera I have a pending "request camera status" for today and yesterday I have a pending "request update setting".  Previous requests in days prior say complete but says it "timed out".  The other camera is basically the same, most recent request are pending and the previous one timed out.

I would cancel everything pending and then make sure the sensitivity is turned on and update the settings. If after 24 hours it still hasn't updated I would cancel the request and then request an SD card format and then after that completes request the settings update to turn sensitivity back on.

ok so one of the cameras finally updated the settings and is now sending pictures.

The other camera has timed out on 4 attempts to format the sd card.  Any further suggestions on what to do for this?  Thanks!

Sounds like you are going to have to  change that SD card. I'm guessing it's still showing the sensitivity as being off?

Camera has been working fine until the batteries ran down. I have a solar panel charging the internal battery and thought it might continue when the batteries failed with the summer sunlight. Internal battery stays at a fairly consistent 3.95V all the time regardless of external lithium battery charge.
I changed to brand new lithiums and now have 9.9V external and 3.95V internal. Went through a reboot, armed the camera and it acted like it was working properly, green lights flashed on front.
Still no pics being sent to my cell phone. I get my service through Spartan.?
SD card is good with plenty of room.
Still no pics. What can I do?

Curt, what is the camera model and are you getting status reports?

It’s the newer GhostCam. Yes received status updates. Removed batteries and checked status. Put in new batteries in and it updated so I believe it’s communicating.

Usually if you get status reports and no pictures it's an sD card issue. I would try formatting the card and see if that helps. The card is 32gb or smaller, class 10, 80mbs or faster and a full sized card correct?

Yes. Worked perfectly before batteries died. Hit remote format and it locked up. Still showing data on card instead of going to zero.

The format may stay pending until the midnight status report if you format through the app. If you format using the cameras menu it should be instant. After it formats successfully using the app, you should get a picture with an F on the bottom of it.
