Are you getting your data through Spartan or Att directly? Have you checked that the data plan is current? Were there cameras working and then stopped or have they been off for a while.

In addition to what Johnny said, this is a generic “can’t connect to the network” message, so the problem could be your SD card, SIM, antenna, firmware. Have you formatted the SD card, tried a different SD card, cleaned the SIM contacts (rub with a pencil eraser or against your jeans) and reseated the SIM, checked the antenna? It also won’t hurt to default the camera (third menu tab, scroll down).

I just went through this after adding another camera. In my case my second (new) camera had a bad SIM card, which was replaced by US cellular but in the process the SIM card in the first camera was accidently changed. Not sure if this relates to you but maybe have your phone provider double check your SIM card numbers

@Timothy Helper, that's exactly what happened. Come to find out ATT switched my data plan on 2 of my cameras but not the third one. Once I got them to put it back like it was it's working perfectly now.

I never asked them to do that, they just took it upon themselves to do that. Very rude of them.
