Using the Spartan GoCam 4G/LTE without the Cell service

I'm wanting to use the camera without the Verizon connection sometimes.  How do I set the camera up so it doesn't shut down when it isn't connecting?

  If you turn send mode off in the settings in the camera you should be fine
