Why are there no pictures on portal but are on my app?

I don’t have any pictures on some of the cameras I have out on the portal and the othe cams the pictures are not up to date?

  Do you have anyone with admin access to the cameras that is deleting them from the app? If so that could be removing them from the portal.

  No.how I figured it out was I requested some videos and it wouldn’t play on the app so I went on portal to see if I could watch it and nothing is up to date for pictures and some don’t show pictures at all

  That's very odd because the pictures and videos go to the portal first and then the app. You are logging in to the portal with the same email and password as the app?

  Thanks for the help my mom deleted them on accident looking at them on my tablet talk about feeling dumb!

  There’s no reason to feel dumb. How would you know? When someone deletes from one app, it’s supposed to delete from the portal and all the other apps, as well, so it’s good that that didn’t happen.

  It’s always nice when there’s a logical explanation for something like this! Maybe put the app on Mom’s phone, set up an account for her, and give her guest access so she can’t delete photos.
