HD picture not fully downloading

2nd year using my Spartan Verizon LTE camera and when I requested a HD image for the first time this year only about 15% of the picture starting at the top comes into the app, the rest is grey. Looking for advice on what is going on. I did a second picture request on a different image and had the same results.

    That sounds like a possible SD card issue to me. You can format it but you'll loose the pictures on it. Look at the online portal (my.spartancamera.com) and see if the pictures are numbered in sequence or if they are all the same. You can also check and see if the HD images are on the portal.

    thanks. that is what i was leaning towards as well, should have formatted it before I set it out this year.
