I quit getting pictures and I have a 4G camera (att). Support was prepared to send me a new Sim card, but said unfortunately they can’t get any from AT&T. And as far as AT&T eliminating 3G service why can’t the guy with the 3G camera continue to use it until they quit!

  You need a 4g for att buy a session or Spartan data? The 3g you should be able to continue to use, is it still active?

  Ditto what Johnny asked. Is the 4G camera on an AT&T Buy-A-Session plan or on a Spartan plan? What troubleshooting have you done so far? Are you sure you need a new SIM?
  
  On the 3G, if the camera has been on a BAS plan recently (you didn’t let it expire), you should still be able to run it until AT&T sunsets 3G in your area. I’m still running several 3G cameras on BAS plans but I run them all year.
