How to change existing data plans to a shared plan?

How do you move from 2 existing data plans for 2 cameras to one shared plan??

  You should be able to move one camera to the other plan but you may want to wait until just before the “move” camera’s plan expires.

  Elizabeth,

  I might be missing something obvious here but it is unclear to me now to do begin to use shared data plans.  I.e., where do I go on the website to make the following happen?

  1) How do I change a single camera to a shared data plan?

  2) How do I then move another camera to that shared plan?

  If your existing cameras are on the current plans (rather than one of the plans that no longer exists), the current plan is automatically a shared plan and there is a Move button to move a camera to another plan.
  
  If you have an older plan (examples are that old $9.99 plan and the 250 MB/1 month plan), those cannot be shared and there won’t be a move button. You’ll need to cancel those plans and either buy a new plan (for the first camera) then add the other camera(s) as additional cameras on the shared plan.

  This is all in the same wireless subscription are of the web site that you’ve used in the past.
