Can't take a picture on demand

I used to be able to take a picture on demand by sending a code *500# to my A4Gb/GoCam.  Doesn't seem to work since I last used my camera.  Can you help me out.

  That’s something I can do on my cameras running 3G Buy-A-Session plans but not with LTE plans. I don’t think Spartan plans have phone numbers.
