    Check the online portal (my.spartancamera.com) and see if your pictures are all numbered sequentially or if they are all the same.

    Try requesting it a second time. You may get lucky. However, this often means the SD card is bad, so you may want to try formatting it from the app after you finish the second try for the HD photo (if formatting from the app is an option).

    I formatted from the app will try again, I have not checked pictures sequences yet

    Once you format from the app and the format happens, everything is wiped off the card so you won’t be able to retrieve the HD photo you requested.
