Go Live Camera: Livestream and Take Photo Now, and Event settings do not work from app or web

Go Live Camera: Livestream cannot be started from the app. Take Photo now does not work from the app or the web site.  Event settings (Take Photo at certain times) set on app but camera does not take/send pictures.  Nothing seems to work from the app or web site.

Livestream DOES work when i turn it on on the camera. Take/Send photo works when i do it from the camera. Camera has five bar connection. App/Web have strong internet connection. SD card is correct. Batteries are full. Hello Test works from camera.  I have played with every conceivable combination of camera settings.  Tech Support at Spartan is trying to help but so far nothing works. I have cleared Cache, Data, uninstalled app, reinstalled app.  I have armed camera, set back settings to default to try again, etc etc etc etc.   Not sure what other options there are.

  Is the GoLive button green on the app? What is the camera model?

  Camera model is GL-VLTEb-180166

  IMEI is 

  The Go Live button turns green.  When its clicked, it says "Waking Camera Up" for a few seconds. Then says "The stream has not been started yet"

  When i turn livestream on on the camera itself, and go to the app and click the LIVE green button i see the livestream fine.  I just can't get anything to work on the camera remotely.

  I would try a different SD card, even though the one you have is to Spec it can't hurt to try a different one. Make sure you format the SD in the camera even if it's brand new.

    i have reformatted the card a few times but I will try a new one later today.

  Thanks for suggestion (and any other ones you have).

  Just make sure it's 32gb or smaller, class 10, 80mbs or faster and a full sized card (not a micro in an adapter)
