Camera stopped sending pics once premium credits renewed

    I had some. I have it set up where they automatically renew every month like I said. As soon as they renewed on the 19th camera stopped sending pics on the 19th

    Kyle I just want to be sure we're talking credits and not data, I wasn't aware you could set up to purchase credits every month. I know you can buy them in advance and keep them in your account until needed.

    Lisa,

    If you are getting your data from Spartan, Bluegrass, CellCom, or Nex-tech, premium credits are included so you don't have to worry about them.

    If your camera is on your Verizon or US Cellular plan, you will need premium credits. Here's an article that may clear things up for you.

    Says my premium credits ran out 8/19 and renewed them until 11/19. Think we have it set up for 3 months or a certain Gb is reached which we’ve never reached the Gb limit. So the premium credits renewed and there was about an hour between having no credits and the new ones starting and now the camera won’t send pics for some reason

    Ok, that's a data plan which includes the credits. What is the time and date showing on your last status report? Can you screen shot that report and post it here. You may need to switch your phone to desk top view in order to see the insert image icon.

    Thanks Kyle. It's strange that the camera says it tried to update the settings on the 24th but there's no status report for that day. I would request an SD card format and see if it formats at midnight.

    Formatted SD card in computer and put back in camera. Formatted in camera as well and defaulted camera multiple times. Wouldn’t send a manual photo and said system busy when trying to pass hello test. Camera did get a great signal but there’s an issue with sending to app. It’s taking pictures just not sending to the app. Did notice a small hole in antenna, seems like that’s the issue. Another camera was doing same thing. Changed antenna and that camera works fine now.

    Kyle, what's the camera say on the screen when you are trying to send the manual picture? Did you try a different antenna on this camera?
