Failed After 3 tries

Hey everyone, I've got a camera that when I request video, they never show up. When I look at the status I see "failed after 3 tries." The firmware is up to date, and I've got plenty of room on the card. Is there any reason why it's not sending them?

  Bad SD card. You can try formatting from the app and hope that that fixes the problem. If it doens’t, you need to replace the card.
