Camera quit putting the time stamp and info on picture.

My ATTb camera quit putting the time stamp, date and the other info at the bottom of the pictures. Any idea why?

    Check the camera settings on the app and make sure you didn't accidentally turn it off.

    Yeah, I checked them. Strange thing is all the setting had turned back to default settings. I set it back up and it still won't put the info on them.

    Try clicking on retrieval on the settings screen and after the camera checks in next time it should be showing you the settings that the camera actually has. See if it's still showing as being turned on.

    It does, the camera is just behind my house. I went and checked it also. It just started this when the camera reset itself to default.

    Try going into the cameras menu and format the SD card and default the camera in it's menu

    That didn't work either. My password was turned off too. I think it's broken again.

    Try a manual firmware update. Have you done that before?

    Here’s a link to the download page. The instructions are below the table of FW files for download and you’ll have to use the Playback button instructions because that camera doesn’t have the FW update option in its menus.

    I would get a new SD card and do the update again, after the update be sure to format the card again in the camera. Make sure that you do all the settings changes from the app, try not to do any on the camera itself.
