Can I get internet access and credits started up with phone in woods?

It’s not exactly clear what you mean. Do you mean you, the camera, and your phone will be in the woods? Or the camera is in the woods?
If the camera is on your app, then you won’t need to register it. You will need to start data service. If you’re using a Spartan data plan and have service on your phone in the woods, you can use a browser on your phone to access the Spartan web site and buy a data plan, then get your camera on the cell network and go from there.
