Log into the portal and go to account and wireless subscriptions and you should be able to add the camera there. For the ATT camera you are going to need a new SIM card from Spartan. Also since it's an ATT camera you can't add it to your Verizon plan

Well it appears that you can't buy an ATT sim card presently, most likely ever since ATT Sucks.

    No work arounds I imagine.

They must be out of stock. Check daily to see when they are back or you can email sales and see what they say. Sales@spartancamera.com

Spartan Cameras have the AT&T sim card available for this camera I needed.  So I have a questions:

    1. I have a AT&T Blackout 1 - GC-A4Gb/GoCam 4G (AT&T) Blackout - 015081000113947 ID(52173) and there are sim cards available. But if I check my IMEI number it doesn't come up.   I bought Last purchased on Nov 4, 2019. Shouldn't I be able to purchase a data plan through Spartan (IMEI 015081000113947) with the new sim card?

Make sure that camera is deleted from your ATT account. Also check the information screen in the cameras menu and make sure that the IMEI number on the camera sticker matches the one on the info screen.
