    What is the camera model and have you checked your data plan? In the menu under diagnostics there is a hello test, see if it passes or fails.

    It could be the SD card, firmware not being current, SIM, or antenna. 

    Please try resetting the camera to defaults (it’s in the third tab of the camera menu).
