New Solar Panel; Now no pictures

Installed a direct solar panel to my Ghost Cam and I'm no longer receiving pictures.  Was receiving pics and status reports every 3 hours per my settings before installing but now nothing.  Installed on 9/19/2021 along with AA batteries that were already in the camera and nothing is working.

    You want the one for the Ghost/GoLive (not the standard GoCam)

    What would be the issue if my solar panel doesn't have a normal External Voltage during the day as it usually does?  During the day, it usually reads 20v+ for the External Voltage but all day today it has only been ready around 10-11v and it's very sunny out.  Don't believe it's charging my camera as it hasn't gotten above 3.86v.

    Any chance something could have changed it's aim? I know critters sometimes try and climb on mine and flip it down so it's not at the best angle for the sun.

    Is the time on the camera supposed to update automatically from the time change this weekend?  My camera is still off an hour.
