I was running 2 goCams and added 1 more onto the same plan and I think pictures stopped, I need to up my data plan

  The plans should auto renew when you use all the data or the plan time expires as long as nothing has changed with the credit card on file. You can go to the portal and check your wireless subscriptions to see if the plan is current and active. My.spartancamera.com

  I’m running 2 go cams on separate subscriptions . Trying to get a new one going I get IMEI number in and it recognizes the cam then step 2 I choose a plan then step 3 it shows my correct billing info but when I try to “check out” it does nothing. Is this in my app or possibly an incorrect setting on my phone?

  It also won’t let me update card info. Old card exp date is 9/21 need to update with new card. Kinda thought that could be part of issue.??

  That probably is the issue but I don't know why it won't let you update. Are you trying to do it through the app or through the portal?
