Not sending pictures

Two years in a row, go put out 4 cameras and only three work. Camera will send status update as soon as it connects but will not take or send pictures. Call tech support can’t get through. Select “live chat” in App and it’s a bot which is useless. Not sure where to start???

  Have you tried a different SD card, formatting the one that's in it in the camera and also defaulting the camera using it's menu?
