Camera infrared not working

Goodmorning! I changed batteries with new ones and an additional battery on outside as always. An in 5 mins my camera showed low battery. So walked back in woods to it an it was beeping saying high voltage may damage camera. So I unplugged outside battery. It seemed fine. But now it’s taking night time photo an they are black.Its takes daytime photos just fine an you can see everything. How can I send this camera back in to get fixed??? Or have someone contact me to tell me step by step east process of sending it in to repair?? Any help very appreciated!

    You can try defaulting the camera in it's menu. The ir cut filter may also be stuck in front of the lens so you can try giving the camera a little tap tap on the sides to dislodge it. What is the camera model and what voltage battery did you connect to it? If you do need to send the camera back then email support@spartancamera.com to get an RMA.

    Okay I’ll try that today an see if it fix’s it. It’s the Gocam and the 6v small cube battery.I appreciate your time an response!

    Carson, did you try giving the camera a few good whacks on the side to dislodge the ir cut filter in case it's stuck?
