Pictures not l

Having trouble with this camera taking pictures, pulled the camera from the woods, changed batteries and started taking pictures on my kitchen table. I put the camera back out. Sent my self the test photo and a couple others later that day it started sending pictures. Like this. Any ideas?

    Turn encryption off in the camera settings in the app. Second picture after you update the settings should be back to normal.

    Will them photos be visible? Or is there a way to view them?

    They will be visible on the card. There is supposed to be a way to unencrypt them but I don't know of anyone who has luck doing it.
