Gc z4gb2 need help updating

I have 7 cameras and every one worked flawless last year all season. This year I’ve been having a hard time with the cameras needing updates I have one imparticular that will take pictures but will not update and send to my phone. I did the holding down the playback button and turning it to setup and there were pictures there as well as trying to go into the computer and updating it that way but I’m not sure what else to try thanks!

  Do you have the link to the downloads? If you load the firmware to an SD card you need to format it first so there's nothing on it. Are you still getting status reports?

  Have you tried formatting the SD card and then requesting the over-the-air update from the app once the format is complete? You may have a bad SD card. Taking pics but not sending them is one symptom of a bad SD card.
