Usually getting status reports but no pictures is a sign of something up with the SD card. Is it all 11 cameras not sending pictures? Can you post a picture of the SD card that you are using? You may have to put your phone to desktop view to see the insert image icon. Did you format the SD cards in the camera?

    John,

Yesterday I received a phone call back from tech support... I appreciate that.  The tech tech ran through the cameras and noted the only thing he noticed was the sensitivity was set to the " HIGH " setting instead of the "NORMAL " setting. He mentioned this could be the reason the camera was not taking pictures. I clarified the cameras are "taking" pictures, just not sending them. He asked me to switch them to Normal and report back.  I did that. I continue to have the same issue.  I am confused a little bit on how the camera sensitivity may influence the sending of the pictures across the network. I understand it might affect the actual taking of the pictures; however, that does not seem to be the issue.    I would also like to note we spoke about the cameras antennas, sd cards, batteries, service at locations, prior history of spartan cameras at these locations etc...   I will occasionally receive a pic or two 9 mostly blanks) Please advise where we go from here ?

What are the camera models? Are you getting your data through Spartan or the carrier directly?

    Ryan,

I am having the same issue. I am directly with Verizon. The problem started with sporadic texting of pics but would e-mail them, now however I am receiving nothing at all even though I know it is taking pics. I am also at a loss and looking for a call back.

Tom, text and email are very unreliable and inconsistent. Manny times the carriers block the pictures treating them like they are spam. Best thing to do is use the app. With the text and email are you using the premium service or running the cameras on auto?

on Auto. I am not familiar with the app. I believe I have been using this before the app. Can you use the app as a direct Verizon customer?

    Ryan,

When I’ve ruled out the SD card, settings, and antenna, the SIM is my next step, especially if the camera seems to come up and go down at random.

    Tom,

You can use the app with your camera(s) on your Verizon cell phone account. You pay Spartan $3-4/camera/month for premium credits (price break for buying more credits). You have to switch the camera from Auto to Premium, then add it to your Spartan account. Here’s a comparison of the differences between the two.

Tom, each camera comes with a free months credit so if you haven't used that yet you still can and try it out
