When it's time to auto renew, the entire plan with all cameras attached to the plan are affected correct? Its not per cam, but per plan right? I want to make sure I don't have to do anything additional for my $5 add on cams at renew.

  That's correct, everything should renew at the same time with no loss of service. Just make sure if something changes with your credit card that you update it on your Spartan account.
