Was the camera working and then stopped or is this a new set up? What is your daily limit set to? It sounds like you are trying to do a manual update, did you load the firmware on to an SD card?

The camera was working and the stopped. Daily limit is max. I tried updating firmware thru cameras menu.

Below is a link to the firmware updates and instructions. Have you checked your premium credits? I don't think it would even send one pic if you were out but it can't hurt to check them. Are you trying to take and send manual pictures (camera in set up and press the ok button to take a picture after it finds signal and press it again to send the picture)? Is the SD card to spec, 32gb or smaller, class 10, 80mbs or faster and a full sized card, not a micro on an adapter? Did you format it in the camera? You can try defaulting the settings in the cameras menu as well. Double check the online portal, my.spartancamera.com and make sure the pictures aren't getting there and just not to your app.

Minor clarification. GoLive can use up to 128G SD card.

If the camera is going online, you can request a firmware update from the status report page, then with your camera in setup, take/send a manual photo (point camera at something, press OK to take pic and OK again to send. FW should update after that).
