Suddenly stopped working, at all.

I have a 3 month old Go Cam which suddenly died. I had been getting conflicting power reading and went to the camera last week to solve problems but the power at the unit said full but app saild 5.1 so I walked away. Unit went dead 2 days later. I went this weekend assuming dead batteries which I replaced. Turned unit on zeoro response, no beep, blank scree..Take sd card out ( should get no sd card warning) zero. Clean sim card, zero. Thoughts? And I stupidly left it a 100 miles away so I can only gather information to execute towards end of week.

    Do you know if the green light on the front blinked when you turned it to setup? Any solar panel or just batteries?

    No green light. Internal battery only. I would have had solar/external sla but the power jack is a smaller size than the older units.

    All the GoCams should have the same size external power plug, The Ghost and GoLive are different. If you have that maybe give the external a try.

    If you leave a message they will get back to you, it's the busiest time of year and I'm sure are catching up on messages from the weekend. Have you guys tried a different SD card? Do you have any pending commands and is the firmware up to date?

    My power jacks from GC-ATTB are larger than the new unit. Since I forgot the camera what size is it? I can try external power next week.

    I should also add I had triggered the app to upgrade firmware. Which the camera checked out several days later and I do not see the firmware update in command line.

    The A4gb2 has the same size external plug as the attb so you should be good to go. Are you getting your data through Spartan or Att?

    Spartan. I must have made a error because the plug was definitely not the same size.

    It's a snugger fit on the G2 cases since it plugs right in and doesn't just go through a hole in the case first.

    I've been calling, emailing no one will return my call the only thing that will work on my camera is a green flashing light on the front will not power on. my other cameras are working fine??

    Tried new SD card, new batteries and did a format. Not sure about how to up date the firmware. Also the app is not working correctly on my s21 galaxy phone sometimes I can't see if I have new pictures at all, and other time I can tell I have new pictures but I click on the new pictures and nothing comes up and other times it works just fine. They always work on my iPad

    Roy, have you checked the online portal to see if pics are getting there fine? My.spartancamera.com. Try this with your phone to see if it helps.
    Go into your phone settings (not the app) and to apps and find the Spartan app, once you click on the Spartan app you'll see storage, click on storage and there's a place to clear the cache and data/storage. Clear both of those and then uninstall and reinstall the app. Before the app opens for the first time clear the cache and data/storage again. Then open the app and log in.
