What is the camera model? When you go into the cameras menu go to diagnostics and do the hello test and see if it passes or fails. Sometimes with Verizon it can take a little while for the camera plan to be active.

Spartan GoLive is the model.  I'll try the hello test shortly.  Verizon said 24 hours, which was about 36 hours ago.  So, maybe they're the problem.  I spent an hour and a half of my day Saturday talking to them.  Pain in the butt!

Then it's not connecting, how long ago did you active it with Verizon?

Guys, it took me the better part of a day to get someone at Verizon on the phone, who knew how the hell to activate my new service. Finally got it squared away! Keep trying to call Verizon.

Zachary, I had the same problem. I was pleasantly surprised, even though it was a pain in the butt, going through Verizon will save you money!!

I don't work from the office so there's not much I can do. If it's not letting you check out something may be wrong with the info. Maybe try from a desktop/laptop if you have access to one.

    Zackery,

Someone from support will be in touch. This is the busiest time of the year. Calls and emails are handled in the order received.

I am having same problem.  Verizon says my camera with the IMEI # is added to existing plan. it has been 3 days, but no connection.  I am pretty confident issue is how Verizon set it up. they assumed I need to install a new SIM card that they are shipping to me.  The golive's have internal Verizon sim card that is not user accessible.  I am in queue again with Verizon to see if they can switch setup on their end to use built in SIM card instead of the one they have in transit to me...  I'll update this blog with status once I get someone in Verizon that knows what they are doing

Update - confirmed issue is how verizon setup camera on their end assuming I had to get new SIM card.  The GoLive's have an e-SIM so need setup differently on Verizon end.  Unfortunately, after 3 failed attempts at going through standard Verizon support to do the setup, I had to contact a friend that works at Verizon. He did the setup in 5 minutes.  Cost is $5/month unlimited data + surcharges and taxes ($5.37 total monthly charge...).  My friend said a lot of the newer support members at Verizon don't know much about these cameras to know how to do the setup...

Thanks for the update Larry, I 'm hearing the same thing from quite a few other Verizon customers.
