New GoLive Cam - Server Error/Set Up
Camera will not register! Added service to existing Verizon account......camera shows verizon full service, but refuses to give me a registration code. Keeps saying, Service Error.
Anyone else have this issue! I'm pretty dissapointed frankly.

I am having same problem. Verizon says my camera with the IMEI # is added to existing plan. it has been 3 days, but no connection. I am pretty confident issue is how Verizon set it up. they assumed I need to install a new SIM card that they are shipping to me. The golive's have internal Verizon sim card that is not user accessible. I am in queue again with Verizon to see if they can switch setup on their end to use built in SIM card instead of the one they have in transit to me... I'll update this blog with status once I get someone in Verizon that knows what they are doing

Update - confirmed issue is how verizon setup camera on their end assuming I had to get new SIM card. The GoLive's have an e-SIM so need setup differently on Verizon end. Unfortunately, after 3 failed attempts at going through standard Verizon support to do the setup, I had to contact a friend that works at Verizon. He did the setup in 5 minutes. Cost is $5/month unlimited data + surcharges and taxes ($5.37 total monthly charge...). My friend said a lot of the newer support members at Verizon don't know much about these cameras to know how to do the setup...
