What is the camera model and where did you buy your data from? That message just means it can't connect to the network for some reason.

I bought the camera from direct from Spartan online and purchased their data plan.

UPDATE: I took the SIM card and put it in a working Spartan camera. And SIM works fine in a different camera. So It isn’t the SIM card. There has to be something wrong with the camera I’m guessing. I’ve emailed support.

Is the cameras firmware up to date? Have you tried defaulting the camera in the menu? I would try swapping SD cards and the antenna with the working camera as well. Did you try the SIM from the other camera in this camera?

Yeah I did try the other SIM in the new camera and it didn’t work. I didn’t switch the antenna or update firmware. You’d think coming brand new from Spartan it would all be up to date and ready to go. Nothing is that easy right?

You know how when you get a new phone or computer, you always have to update it? Cameras are like that, although firmware updates are a lot less frequent.

Sometimes the cameras sit on the shelf for a little while and firmware updates can happen at any time. Would be thousands and thousands of cameras that would have to be opened from their packaging to update them. I would try the antenna and SD card swap next
