Verizon 4G Camera - Quit sending pics and status report

Last Status update was 10/15.  5 bars, fully charged battery (solar panel) and 5.7 Volts.  Requested Status Update last night it shows pending in Command History.  As does, Firmware update.

Last change was 7/28/2021.  I'm stumped...

  I would check to make sure the data plan is still active. Are you getting the data from Verizon directly or through Spartan?

  Data plan via Spartan and renews on the 21st of the month.  I should have added that detail.  Thx

  How far away is the camera? For right now I would cancel everything pending and request an SD card format
