    Only the GoLive will send them right away, the other models need to have the camera check in to see the task request.What is your camera model?

    Maybe it was getting pictures at the same time you were adjusting the settings previously. Those requests will stay pending and you can check on there status in camera management that's in the drop down under the status report in the app.

    Still shows pending for 3 hrs now and according to camera management i have full bars for service

    The camera won’t see your request until after the next time it contacts the server (to send a motion-triggered photo or a scheduled event photo or status report).

    Nothing else is pending and no pictures

    After the camera sends a picture or status report it should see that pending request and complete it.
