  We need to figure out if the camera is off line, not taking pics, taking pics but not sending them, or sending them so they are on the portal but not getting to your phone. Odds are good that it’s something fixable rather than a problem that needs repair.

  Please post a screen shot of the status report from the app, from the signal/battery indicators down through the SD card info.
