I sent a request for help because my camera began taking too many pics

have yet to receive a response

Considering how much I paid for the camera and solar panel, you'd think there would be better help than.......here's an article........

  When did you message them? It's the busiest time of year and they are returning calls and emails in the order that they get them. When you say too many pics is there something in them triggering them or do they appear to be blank? Is there a T or M at the bottom of the picture?
