You’re going to think this is weird and it sounds like voodoo, but it’s worth a try. Try a class 4 SD card in the camera. You can also try setting the camera to defaults when you format the SD card (same menu). There are several people who have had luck getting a V4Gb back on the network after swapping from a “to spec” SD card to a class 4 SD card.

No luck with the voodoo.  I tried a class 4 SD card and default but still can't connect to network.  Any other suggestions?

You can try removing the SIM card and cleaning the contacts with a pencil eraser. Putting a single layer of scotch tape on the back (non contact side) of the SIM might help too.

I tried that, John, but again no luck.  Do you or Elizabeth have anything else in your bag of tricks?

Check the information screen in the cameras menu and make sure the IMEI and ICCID numbers are there. Make sure that imei number matches the one on the sticker.

The IMEI numbers match.  I don't see any ICCID number in the information screen.  I see Model, MCU, DSP, and IMEI.

I received a prompt response from Cris in Tech Support who suggested I try a SIM card from a working camera.  I did that but the problem continues.  The SIM card from the non-working camera worked fine in the functioning camera so it not an issue with the SIM card but rather the camera itself.  I am sending it in for (hopeful) repair.  Thanks Elizabeth and John for your attempts to help - much appreciated.

Depending on how much it costs to fix it (if it can be fixed), you may want to think about spending that money on a new camera rather than on repairing that one. Hopefully, it won’t be much. That is the first 4G GoCam model and the comm module in it isn’t as good as the ones in all the other later 4G cameras.
