Camera not posting pics

One of my cameras is not posting pics to the app and status report is not coming through.  Spartan never answers the damn phone.  Can anyone suggest troubleshooting options?

  If you leave voice mail, someone will call you back but it may take a couple of days.

  Can you please post a screen shot from the app of the status report, from the signal/battery indicator down through the SD card info?

  Check the online portal and see if the pictures are still getting there. my.spartancamera.com
