Cam Not Sending Pics

Cam will send Test Pic, but will not send motion activated pics. The late will flash Green at movement then nothing. New batteries, correct sd card, have credits etc. Any input is helpful. Thanks

  What is the camera model? Once the camera is armed and ready to send pics the green light shouldn't blink any more.
