Download video option not there

I had a lock up where my camera is not connecting to the server.  The tech had me reset the camera, format the SD Card.  It corrected the connection issue but since then, the option to download video is gone from both the web and phone app.

The HiRes option is there and still works.

My camera settings still show that I have the 10mp video option checked.

  You probably just need to update the settings after defaulting the camera.
