Go Live ( Live Feed) not working

Go live option is available. Once I click on it it says it’s trying to wake it up. Then After 15 or 20 seconds and it says it’s unavailable. I have full cell signal and good battery. Camera is new. Is there anything I can try?

  If you just set the camera up sometimes it takes a while for the live stream to work the first time so give it some time and keep trying. You can also try logging out of the app and back in.

  The go live was working and now it says camera is waking up and it doesn’t tried to log out log in camera is about 8 weeks old not sure what is going on any thoughts
