Spartan Gc-ATTxb cell will not st up

Bought this Feb 2017 at a trade show brand new from a distributor. I've never tried to set up to use until now. Was told by same distributor in 2018 that I could no longer use AT&T sim when I go to set it up and was issued a different sim card from a different data service. In trying to set up up camera it won't. I've been dealing with data plan company for 10 days getting that resolved. They say data service is active. New SD card. Updated firmware. Formatted sd card. Defaulted camera. On setup camera initializes AT&T comes up on screen with 4bars and hr glass then message pops up no active data plan on sim or check APN setting. Camera will not register to get registration numbers to complete setup. Yes I have an account with Spartan that is registered and bought 12 Premium service. You recognize the IMEI for the camera in your system.

  Are you adding this to your current  ATT plan? ATT stopped activating 3g devices months ago so I'm curious how you did it. I wonder if they gave you a 4g SIM, and that won't work.

  What data service company are you using? This camera is set up to work only with AT&T Buy-A-Session (the original SIM you got) or Spartan data plans. Unfortunately, neither of these is available for 3G cameras any more.

  The camera probably does not have the correct APN setting for whatever data service you are using.

  If you are able to get it working, it will not work after 2/22/2022, when AT&T sunsets 3G service (and it may be before then because they may sunset before that in some areas).
