Cant get anyone to call me back!!!!! NO HELP FROM SPARTAN

I have a Cam that will not send any pics!!!   has work for 2 years with no issues. 

I have sent 3 e-mails to ask for help and left 4 voice mails asking for anyone to give me a call back.  After 7 days ,  Today i got a phone call and was told that i need the cam with me to get it fixed. He told me he would call me at 4;00 pm today and help me.  I drove 2 hours to get the cam and still have not had a call back!!!! 

Can anyone tell me if there is a better way to get any help from Spartan?

  Amazing !!!   I just Got a call and in 2 mins had the cam working !!!
