What are the times of those reports? The camera sends a status report with every picture if it's a 4g camera. So if you are getting reports but no pics there's a good chance it's an SD card issue. Is the SD card to spec, 32gb or smaller, class 10, 80mbs or faster and a full sized card not a micro in an adapter? What is the camera model?

The home screen of the app will tell you the model. If you are getting status reports at different times and not getting a picture I would try a different SD card or formatting the one you have in the camera. Did you format the card when you put it in the camera? Is the card a class 10 and at least 80mbs?

Also make sure that the time zone is set in the camera settings on the app. How long have you had the camera? You can also check the SD card next time you are at the camera and see if it's taking pictures and saving them to the card and not sending them or not even taking them at all.

It’s a brand new SD card and yes it is a class 10. I did format it when I put it in the camera. I have checked it to see if it has photos on it, it does not. Not going to worry about it at this time because season is over and I pulled the camera from the field. I will try again next fall, I am also going to buy a different brand too see if they are any better. The model is GC- Z4Gb2

I wouldn't wait until next fall, the cameras have a two year warranty so I would try and find out now if it needs to be sent back. What about the card speed (80mbs or higher)? Have you tried defaulting the camera in it's menu? SD cards do go bad so I would try another one. I'm really thinking of SD may be the issue. If you are getting status reports at non scheduled times then the camera is detecting motion and triggering but not able to save the photo. You can request an SD card format through the status report on the app, I would try that. Please try and post a screenshot of your last status report on the app. It may be very helpful.
