GPS not working.

Gps is still showing last location from 4 days ago. It’s at my house now with new battery’s but off still no update.app says camera location unavailable.this concerns me cause If the camera was stolen the gps tracking wouldn’t help me at all. Major reason besides the go live why I purchased 3 go live cameras.

    Do you have tracker and locator turned on in the camera setting in the app?

    I do and cycled them off and back on as well as put camera back to default.

    Putting the camera back to default may have turned tracker back off. I would turn the camera on, make sure tracker and locator are turned on in the settings and then update the camera settings. It sounds like the camera is inside your house possibly. Will it send a picture from inside? What is the time and date of the last status report?

    Yes it will send pictures in my house..I did a few status reports as well all correct time and date..
