    When did you leave a message? You should be getting a return can back within 24 hours. Have you tried emailing me support@spartancamera.com?

    If you are on Facebook, join the Spartan Camera Community page and there are lots of people who may be able to help.

    If you aren’t on Facebook, please describe what you’ve done and what is or isn’t happening and John and I will try to help.

    What model camera (specific model, GC-what?)? Do you have a data plan? What specs is your SD card? There are all sorts of things that may be causing the problem so we need more info.
