Screen froze

When switched to setup the camera freezes on the start up page ( You Don't have to be there. Connected by At&t)

  yes but trying another brand now

  If you have any pending commands in camera management cancel them. If that doesn't work you can try a manual firmware update, have you ever done one of those before?
